Carol Kauffman

Carol is an Assistant Professor at Harvard Medical School where she won a $2,000,000 award to launch the Institute of Coaching with co-founders Margaret Moore and Susan David. She also won the Inaugural award for a culture of excellence in mentoring, a Leader as Coach, a program now rolled out nationally. She is also on the faculty of the Henley Business School.

She is a Senior Leadership Advisor at Egon Zehnder where she has trained hundreds of consultants in coaching skills. David Noble and she co-authored Real-Time Leadership: Find your winning moves when the stakes are high published by Harvard Business Press.
